The Writing Better Releases course I took was well-structured with plenty of time for practical exercises.

 

Telephone Selling Techniques

I was lucky enough to have one on one training, which I feel had a greater impact on how much I learnt and how easy I will find to implement what I have learnt. I felt very comfortable with the trainer and felt able to discuss things and ask questions to a great extent. My trainer was great, as she had a lare amount of experience of working within advertising sales, so it meant that I had access to a vast amount of information. I really enjoyed the course and would recommend it to anyone who needs sales training.

 

Various Proof Reading and Sub-editing courses

BACP is now looking at other CSE courses and will have no hesitation in using them again.
