I really enjoyed this course and would recommend anyone who need sales training to take it. I was lucky enough to have one on one training, which I feel had a greater impact on how much I learnt and how easy I will find to implement what I have learnt. The personal service meant that I felt very comfortable with the trainer and felt able to discuss things and ask questions to a great extent. The other good thing about one on one training is that the examples and information given out on the course was specifically designed around my needs. My trainer was great, as she had a large amount of experience of working within advertising sales, so it meant that I had access to a vast amount of information. I feel really confident now to go out and put in practise what has been taught to me.
