1. Where do you run open courses?
At our training site at Boundary House, 91 Charterhouse Street, London EC1 6HL

2. What is the nearest tube station?
The nearest tube stations are Farringdon and Barbican, on the Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines.

3. Can you recommend a hotel?

For delegates wishing to stay overnight near our training suite we recommend the Thistle City Barbican Hotel at 120 Central Street, London, EC1V 8DS. To book please call +44 (0)20 7251 1565.

4. Is lunch provided?

Yes. We provide you with luncheon vouchers to enable you to select your preference from a wide range of local options.

5. Do you run this subject as an in-house
course?

All our open courses can be run as an exclusive in-house course. For details of cost and how the content can be tailored to your needs please telephone +44 (0)20 7670 0500 and speak to a sector manager.

6. Can I cancel and at what cost?

Any cancellation must be received in writing. All cancellation costs are based on the course fee.
• More than four weeks prior to the course – no charge
• Between two and four weeks prior to the course – 50% charge
• Less than two weeks prior to the course – 100% charge

7. Do you train outside London?

We will train anywhere you like for an exclusive in-house course. Telephone +44 (0)20 7670 0500 for further details.

8. Do you train outside UK?

We run exclusive in-house training throughout Europe and beyond. in partnership with our French parent company Demos, training with a 'multcultural emphasis' can be delivered in any language.

9. Is VAT applicable?

VAT is applicable to the cost of all our training delivered in the UK, no matter where you come from. We will advise you on whether VAT is applicable to any training we might deliver for you outside the UK.

10. Is there a limit on numbers of delegates?

Our courses are designed for small groups with similar levels of experience. A few courses have a limit of six if they require Internet, PC or Mac access.

11. Do I need to do any preparation beforehand?

If your course requires you to prepare anything beforehand, your joining letter will have told you what to do.

12. If I'm late what should I do?

If you are late, DON'T PANIC, as there is a strong possibility that others are also delayed. Try to let us know if you will be later than 9.30am.
